Benefit Details

1. This certificate entitles the Bearer to a night stay in the base category of rooms over the weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. Goods and Services Tax is payable by the Bearer as applicable.
2. Rooms are subject to allocation availability, meaning that this certificate may not be accepted during periods of expected high hotel occupancy. Blackout dates may apply during peak periods.
3. Reservation requests must be made within 30 days of the expected date of arrival. Reservation requests must be made directly with the club Marriott member Help Desk or the hotel and within 30 days of the expected date of arrival, clearly stating the use of this certificate.
4. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, rates, packages, tours, etc.
5. This certificate is not valid for use during special occasions like New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or on any other day as specified by the hotel.
6. Please redeem this certificate at the time of check-in and present valid photo IDs of both the occupants of the room to avail this benefit.
7. Cancellations or amendments to the reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the expected date of arrival, else the certificate would be deemed to have been used and cancelled for further use.
8. This certificate has no cash value.
9. This certificate can be gifted to friends or family.
10. All room upgrades are on paid basis and subject to availability at the time of check-in.
11. One certificate entitles the Bearer to a night stay for a maximum of two guests.
12. This benefit is valid on a ‘room-only’ basis. All extras and applicable taxes during the stay need to be settled at the time of check-out
