Benefit Details

1. This certificate entitling the Bearer to a free upgrade to the next category of rooms upon purchase of a Deluxe room at standard rates. This is subject to availability at the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.
2. Reservation requests must be made within 30 days of the expected date of arrival, clearly stating the use of this certificate.
3. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, rates, packages, tours, etc.
4. Only one such certificate can be used per room for a maximum of two (2) guests.
5. This certificate is not valid for use during special occasions like New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or on any other day as specified by the hotel.
6. One certificate entitles the Bearer to a one night stay for a maximum of two (2) guests.
7. Please surrender this certificate at the time of check-in and present valid photo ID’s of both the occupants of the room to avail of this benefit.
8. Cancellations or amendments to the reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the expected date of arrival, else the certificate would be deemed to be used and cancelled for further use.
9. This benefit is valid on a ‘room-only’ basis. All extras and applicable taxes during the stay need to be settled at the time of check-out.
10. This certificate has no cash value.
11. This certificate can be gifted to friends or family.
12. All room upgrades are on a paid basis and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
