Benefit Details

1. This certificate entitles the Bearer to a one-night stay on a room only basis at The St. Regis Mumbai. This benefit is valid for two (2) guests on any day of the week in the base category of rooms.
2. Rooms are subject to allocation availability, meaning that this certificate may not be accepted during periods of expected high hotel occupancy. Blackout dates will apply during peak periods.
3. Reservation requests must be made within 30 days of the expected date of arrival.
4. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, rates, packages, tours, etc.
5. Please redeem this certificate at the time of check-in and present valid photo ID’s of both the occupants of the room to avail of this benefit.
6. Cancellations or amendments to the reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the expected date of arrival, else the certificate would be deemed to be used and cancelled for further use.
7. All extras and applicable taxes during the stay need to be settled at the time of check-out.
8. This certificate has no cash value.
9. This certificate can be gifted to friends or family.
10. All room upgrade requests are on a paid basis and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
